FAQ

Every question in one place.

Who is LocalPulse for?

Franchise owners and brands with many locations, and single-store businesses too. A campaign can target any number of locations, or run nationally.

Which networks does it post to?

Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, X and TikTok. Each location's accounts are mapped once and every campaign on that location posts to them.

Does anything go out without a person?

Only if an Admin or Owner sets a campaign to post on its own, and only within its agent's level. Anything brand safety, an unhealthy connection, a scheduling clash or a missing piece holds always waits for a person.

How is it priced?

Generation uses Ferrata credits: each image, and each short video option you choose, uses credits, and gathering local signals is included. Posting and engagement readings don't use credits. Pricing is set with each business in the private beta.

Does it change my ads?

No. Ad accounts connect read-only, for spend and performance.

How does it measure sales?

Directly, from orders and invoices that carry a campaign's code, a referral or a salesperson; and as an estimate, from the lift in sales inside each campaign's geofence. The two are shown apart and never added together.

Where do the signals come from?

LocalPulse searches public sources for weather, events, games and local news around each location, keeps the source of each item, and respects each site's terms. Gathering them is included in the credit for each image or video.

Can a post say something that isn't in its sources?

No. The writer is limited to the snapshot and the campaign's context, and the sources it used are kept with each version.

Why isn't the copy written as soon as the post is planned?

So it can use that week's news, weather and events. You choose how far ahead: anywhere from 2 to 30 days.

Can a campaign post on its own?

Yes, if an Admin or Owner sets it to. Its agent releases posts within its level, and anything a guardrail holds still waits for a person.

Is a location the same as my customers' addresses?

No. A location is where a campaign targets. Your orders and invoices keep their own addresses; the two only meet when LocalPulse estimates the lift in sales inside a geofence.

Does LocalPulse spend money on ads?

No. Ad accounts connect read-only: LocalPulse reads spend and performance and shows them beside organic reach.

What if my sales aren't connected?

Attention is measured either way. Each impact card shows how to connect your orders and invoices and an example, clearly labeled as illustrative.

Does LocalPulse log in to competitors' accounts or scrape private data?

No. It reads only public views and details, never anything behind a login.
