How it works
From a campaign to the order it brought in.
LocalPulse runs a cycle for each campaign on its cadence: it gathers what’s happening around each location, plans the calendar, writes what falls inside the window, sends it to a person or posts it within the campaign’s level, and reads what happened next.
The cycle
Five steps, every cycle.
- 01
Set the campaign
What you're promoting, which locations (or national), the products and services to feature, and the competitors to watch.
- 02
It plans the calendar
Each cycle gathers local signals and places ideas on the calendar at the best times for your industry, each tied to the moment that prompted it.
- 03
It writes inside the window
Copy and an image (or a short video, if you choose) are written a week ahead by default, so they use that week's news and weather.
- 04
A person releases it, or the campaign does
Review each post, or let a campaign post on its own within its agent's level. Anything a guardrail holds always waits for a person.
- 05
It measures what it did
Organic and paid reach by channel and location, sales that carry the campaign's code, and the estimated lift inside each geofence, never added together.
Control
A person stays in control.
A person sets the direction
Campaigns, locations, products and services, competitors, the window and whether a campaign posts on its own.
Guardrails always hold
Brand safety, an unhealthy connection, a scheduling clash or a missing piece holds a post for a person, whatever the campaign's mode.
Final once published
A post that went out is final and linked to the live posts; a correction is a new post.
Roles and levels you already have
Who can create, approve and connect follows your company's roles and approval levels, shared with every Ferrata product.
Private beta
Bring one campaign and the stores it’s for.
We set LocalPulse up with you: your locations and their geofences, your accounts, your products and services, and your first campaign. Pricing is set with each business in the private beta.
